Tenant Find & Full Management Service

Initial deposit handling. Once a potential tenant has passed all background checks a security deposit will be collected and registered with the TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme)

 

 

Tenancy agreement. This will be an assured short hold tenancy agreement legally binding the tenant to the terms of the agreement.

 

 

Rental collection and forwarding to the landlord. Comfort Properties will collect the rent on behalf of the landlord and handle any queries relating to it. Funds will be forwarded to the Landlord on the same day received.

 

 

Inventory. This is a written agreement of the condition and content of the property on the day a tenant moves in.

Transfer of all bills associated with the property into the name of the tenants.

 

 

Quarterly visit to the property & inspection report. This will outline the condition of the property both inside and out.
