Introduction of tenants and agreeing terms. This includes agreeing rent, period of tenancy and all overheads relating to the property.

 

 

Initial deposit handling. Once a potential tenant has passed all background checks a security deposit will be collected and forwarded to the Landlord.

 

 

Rental collection and forwarding to the landlord. Comfort Properties will collect the rent on behalf of the landlord and handle any queries relating to it. Funds will be forwarded to the Landlord on the same day received.
